Shameless pitch - The Inn at Oaklawn Farms

I am going to make a shameless pitch for my brother's new business adventure.

He recently purchased this gorgeous old manse in Carrollton, GA,

The Inn at Oak Lawn Farms.

Carrollton, GA is about 45 minutes SW of Atlanta.  If you live in the area or know anyone who does - this is an amazing place for weddings, 

private parties or corporate events.

My brother has been working tirelessly since May to get the place back up and running to host events.
My husband, Jim, and I spent a few days this summer helping him out.

When we arrived, the amount of work seemed overwhelming,
but I had a blast!

We cleaned, did many projects, and moved around A LOT of furniture and decor to give it a fresh look.  

At the end of my three days there,
I was truly in love and obsessed with this place!  

It is loaded with character and grace!
The history of this property alone is incredible!

Oaklawn Farms truly is a beautiful place inside and out.  

They are hosting their first official Open House with Simply Catering 

Sunday, August 25th from 6-8 pm.  

This is the perfect opportunity to sample great food and see this special event venue!
